Upon assessment from our technical department your replacement products will be sent within 14 days of receiving them. If there is evidence of misuse your warranty will be voided. ONLY KIKIT USB CHARGERS ARE TO BE USED WITH KIKIT CARTRIDGES AND BATTERIES.. If there is evidence that other chargers have been used it will void the warranty
